Harold has been pastor of Shepherd Hill since May 2006. Born in North Little Rock, Arkansas, where he graduated from North Little Rock High School in 1969. While attending Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas he met and married Betty (Scott) in 1971. They have one daughter, Windy Campbell, (husband Steve), and one granddaughter Jessica Crow, age 10, of Sherwood Arkansas.

Harold attended Mid America Theological Seminary and has served seven other churches as pastor in the state of Arkansas: McKay, Plainview, Roland, Sunset Lane, First Baptist Genoa, Crosspoint, and First Baptist Augusta. His wife, Betty, is the Operations Manager for Southern Gas Federal Credit Union in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Besides pastoring, his favorite activities are golf, hunting, and fishing.

.Adam McCampbell, Youth Pastor

This summer Shepherd Hill welcomes Adam as Full Time Youth Pastor. Adam is a 2007 graduate of University of Arkansas at Jonesboro with a BA in Business. He is from White Hall. We are so blessed to have Adam here in God's timing.

Don Degner, Interim Minister of Music

Don has been leading worship at Shepherd Hill since May 1995.  Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, he and his family followed his father, a career soldier, around the country, settling in Salem, OR, where he graduated from North Salem High School.  After a short time in college, service in the United States Air Force, and a time of being what he calls "a drifter in the world," Don moved to Pine Bluff in 1987.  He now directs the Information Systems division of Mid America Packaging / Delta Natural Kraft in addition to his church duties.

He is married to Marilyn Mullins Degner from Pine Bluff.  They have a daughter, Vickie, 17.

Through music, Don shares his passion for Jesus.  He writes and sings songs about Jesus, a practice he started in the summer after the eighth grade when he met Christ and accepted Him as his personal Savior.

Lori Bird, Church Secretary

Lori has been serving at Shepherd Hill since November 1996.  Her responsibilities include producing weekly bulletins, accounting, computer work, and shuffling paperwork.  She is also church clerk.

Lori graduated from Fairview High School in Camden in 1983.  (You do the math, but remember it's not polite to ask a woman her age.)  She attended Southern Arkansas University and Chattanooga State Tech.  She has kept current with Microsoft Word and other computer courses.

She is married to Trent from Troy (Arkansas, that is).  They have twin boys, Justin and Jordan, pictured here age 14; now 17.  Lori loves to watch the boys in baseball, quiz bowl tournaments, church activities, and hunting expeditions.  When she's not keeping the Birdnest and Shepherd Hill afloat, she enjoys sewing, crafting, and scrapbooking.
